Terms and Conditions:
- Stock allocation / availability per pharmacy: One inner carton (mid-box), each containing 12 Nicovape® Q20 twin-packs, in each of the three flavour SKUs — Classic Tobacco, Coolmint, and Freshmint, amounting to three inner cartons (36 twin-packs) in total. Three units of the Nicovape® Q 2.0 Device Kit. NIS pricing for initial allocation of twin-packs of Nicovape® Q20 Cartridges represents a launch discount of 15% from wholesale price.
- Initial launch allocation sale or return policy (SOR): An initial allocation, formal distribution agreement shall ensure that any SKU purchased under the initial allocation that is not sold within 12 months of the invoice date shall be classified as ‘dead stock’ and be subject to return. Pharmacy that opt’s into the allocation, must keep a copy of their invoice number, to facilitate any SOR policy if stock expires.
- Nicovape® Q20 S3 promotion deal: Purchase of any further inner cartons of Nicovape® Q20 twin-pack SKUs until 30th June 2025, shall be entitled to a discount of 8% from wholesale price.
