Liber has no affiliation with the tobacco industry, their affiliates, or any organisations or individuals engaged in lobbying on their behalf. 

Liber has never received funding, investment or in-kind support from the tobacco industry, either directly, or through third parties who may have received funding from the tobacco industry.

Liber confirms that:

• No Liber employee or substantial shareholder has existing contractual affiliations, holdings or any professional association with the tobacco industry, their affiliates, or any organisations or individuals engaged in lobbying on their behalf.
• No Liber employee or substantial shareholder owns shares in any tobacco company.
• No Liber employee or substantial shareholder has any superannuation or pension plan connected with any tobacco company.
