Pending TGA Decision – Temporary Hold on Supply of Nicovape Q SKUs

The following is an important update regarding the status of the Section 14A consent covering selected Nicovape Q SKUs (Classic Tobacco, Coolmint, and Freshmint).

Liber has formally requested that the TGA extend the consent to allow pharmacies to continue lawful supply of stock currently held in pharmacy dispensaries and we continue to engage with the regulator to seek an urgent outcome.

As of today, 10 October 2025, Liber Pharmaceuticals has not yet received a final decision from the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regarding our application to extend the current Section 14A consent.

Note: Further supply of non-compliant products has been discontinued at sponsor and wholesaler level. Only products compliant with TGO 110 will be supplied by wholesalers from today onwards.

In the absence of a formal determination, and to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements, pharmacies are advised to immediately halt all further dispensing and supply of the affected Nicovape Q SKUs to patients until further notice.

Next Steps & Availability of New Stock

Liber is pleased to confirm that the new, TGO 110-compliant Nicovape Q range will begin to filter through the CSO wholesaler network.

Compliant stock is now active and available to backorder via Symbion, and we are working closely with API and Sigma to finalise the new PDE codes, which will enable pharmacies to place orders from next week.
