Electromagnetic compatibility

Australian Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) regulations dictate that electrical and electronic equipment must be tested, certified, registered, and labelled compliant with the applicable standards. EMC compliance ensures that the electromagnetic energy generated by all electronic circuits does not interfere with or damage the environment in which it operates.

AS/NZS 4417.2 mandates marking electrical products to indicate compliance with regulations. All therapeutic vaping products sold in Australia must comply with EMC regulations and display the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM) ‘tick’ directly upon the device.
